Those born in 1990 are already 29 years old! Nominal age is 30.

Those born in 1991 are already 28 years old! Nominal age of 29.
Those born in 1992 are already 27 years old! Nominal age is 28.
Those born in 1993 are already 26 years old! Nominal age is 27.
Those born in 1994 are already 25 years old! Nominal age is 26.
Those born in 1995 are already 24 years old! Nominal age is 25.
Those born in 1996 are already 23 years old! Nominal age is 24.
Those born in 1997 are already 22 years old! Nominal age is 23.
Those born in 1998 are already 21 years old! Nominal age is 22.
