Two young children die after being locked overnight in a vehicle

The car owner claims that the car key is faulty so it usually isn’t verifiable whether the car is locked or not. The owner parked his car on June 19th. When he returned on June 20th, he found the bodies of two young children inside his car and called for emergency support. Preliminary guesswork reveals that the two children entered the unlocked car and accidentally locked themselves inside. Due to their tender age (four and five, respectively), they were unable to unlock the car. Prolonged exposure to an environment of high temperature led to dehydration which resulted in death.

1. [+4221] Pitiful kids. Unlucky owner. Their children were missing for so long, yet their parents didn’t even call the cops? What were they thinking?

2. [+2772] Pitiful owner. His car randomly became a murder scene. Things took an unexpected turn for the worse

3. [+1651] If the owner has to take responsibility, then woe to the law of China

4. [+1614] Seriously... a four-year-old and a five-year-old... are their parents dead? Pitiful kids

5. [+1202] This has nothing to do with the car owner. I hope their parents won’t take this as an opportunity to milk him

6. [+745] They were missing for an entire night and their family didn’t even call the cops?

7. [+592] ? The car owner is unlucky. So pitiful.

8. [+585] He wanted to check if his car was locked and he found two dead kids in his car... I bet he’s already traumatized

9. [+383] This is an accident, hence the car owner need not undertake any responsibility. The responsibility lies on the guardian of the underage (I’m a law student, so shut up, there are so many law-illiterates on weibo)
